About AutoStar Assist

We keep Ghanaian motorists moving

Recovery Star Automobile Ltd trading as AutoStar Assist is a Ghanaian Motoring company founded in 2014, which currently is the agent for Bizol products which include lubricants, additives and technical sprays, we also provide Service Parts, motoring advice and other services.

​

These types of services will support the growing number of vehicles in Ghana, which has been increasing steadily growing over the last 10 years from 50 vehicles per 1000 pop. in 2010 to 73 vehicles per 1000 pop. in 2017. It is estimated that, Accra has the highest number of registered vehicles, followed by Tema and Kumasi.

Vehicle management and transportation is the area that AutoStar Assist is working with the requisite expertise, technical and managerial competences as well as resources to support companies, and the general public to keep motorists on the move. In short AutoStar Assist is in the business of promoting a safe, responsible and enhanced driving experience, throughout Ghana, for existing and future generations to come.

Management Team

Meet the AutoStar Assist Management Team. They guide our company in our quest to achieve our key goals: to achieve top-tier financial performance and make AutoStar Assist a great place to work with a family atmosphere.

 

The Management Team are also responsible for the day to day operations of AutoStar Assist supported by highly skilled departmental managers.

JEFF BOATENG

He has worked in Retail, Local Authority and more recently the National Health Service in England in a variety of Senior Management positions across London, Kent and Sussex in the United Kingdom.

​

As well as Chief Executive of AutoStar Assist, Jeff also holds the role of Director of Informatics at Camden & Islington NHS Foundation Trust in North West London, England.

​

His experience ensures that services are delivered to just over 400,000 people against an income of £150m. Jeff has also worked in a senior Local Government position in London and other public bodies. Educated to Masters Level, Jeff is a Cranfield University, School of Management alumnus member and actively participates in Public Sector Performance Roundtable discussions with other Senior Leaders across the Health, Social Care and other Public Sector organizations.

​

Jeff also holds an undergraduate degree in Business Information Systems from Anglia Ruskin University and has a keen interest in collaborative working, transformational performance improvement, data warehousing, extraction and visualization.

 

In addition to this, Jeff has a qualification and business experience in Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) as well as Project Management capabilities.
